We are the Official Sports Chiropractic Partner of Buff Forest Force Run 2025

On Sunday 21st September, newly formed sports chiropractic committee members of The Chiropractic Association (Singapore) gathered at Dairy Farm Road in the wee hours of the morning preparing for Buff Forest Force Run's sold out 30 km and 50 km races. It was our biggest event of the year with 500 participants we were told by the organisers.

Our very own chiropractors Dr Ashley Liew and Dr Roy Chan prepared for the flag off for the 30 km run while our booth was set up by myself (Dr Serene Ng) and Dr Leroy Choo. As the runners moved off in waves, we contemplated the time of the runners' return and just enjoyed being in the here and now, in the forest.

Imagine the look of surprise on Dr Leroy's face as the first runner returned after just 2 hours 30 minutes or so wearing race bib number 277. Over the next few hours, other runners streamed in while we chatted with runners, the organising team and Maria, the representative from Altra, our Association's latest partner.

We were pleased to take pictures with the prize winners and be one of the sponsors, try out the drink from Realm the hydration partner of the event and mingle with these running athletes who emerged from the forest with such positivity and strength of spirit. Would any faint hearted sign up for such an intense run? They have amazing legs I must say.
