Integrative Chiropractic is a Singapore-based chiropractic and structural integration clinic established in 2007 by Dr Serene Ng (MChiro, UK) and structural integrator David Lee. From day one, the clinic was built on a multi-disciplinary philosophy: to look beyond symptoms and address the body as an interconnected system. This whole-body perspective continues to guide everything we do.

Our name reflects this foundation. "Integrative" speaks to the inclusion of structural integration as a core service, alongside chiropractic care and complementary therapies. What sets us apart is our commitment to skilled, hands-on manual work. Every session is customised to each patient’s needs, whether he or she is seeking relief from pain, support for posture and movement, or guidance for long-term wellness and lifestyle improvement.

Dr Serene has long been active in community outreach, particularly in supporting seniors through accessible healthcare and mobility-focused initiatives. In recent years, she has expanded her own learning by taking up training in martial arts, deepening her understanding of movement, balance and body mechanics.

David brings decades of experience in structural integration and movement education, including years of sharing his expertise on postural correction and somatic awareness in China. His teaching background continues to shape the clinic’s approach to bodywork and functional movement.

Together, Serene and David lead a dedicated team focused on helping patients move better, feel better and build sustainable wellbeing. The clinic operated at Delfi Orchard before moving to its current home at Queen Street, where it continues to serve a diverse community seeking informed, personalised care.
